How the Money's Being Split for *Dhurandhar

In straightforward terms, here's how the profits are being carved up for Dhurandhar as of December 2025. The film's been a huge success, pulling in over ₹750 crore worldwide, so there's plenty of cash to go round.

1. Jio Studios (The Money Behind It All)


Jio Studios (owned by Reliance) stumped up most of the cash to make and promote the film.

Their Cut: They're the biggest winners. After covering the ₹250–₹280 crore it cost to make the film, they're expected to walk away with a net profit of around ₹150 to ₹200 crore.

Extra Perks: They also own the rights to any future sequels and spin-offs, which makes the "Dhurandhar" brand a goldmine for them going forward.

2. The Producers (Aditya & Lokesh Dhar)



The Dhar brothers (B62 Studios) are the creative minds behind it.


Their Cut: They usually get a flat production fee plus a percentage of the final profits (what's called the "backend").


Estimate:They're looking at roughly ₹50 to ₹70 crore. It's a massive result for them, and it cements Aditya Dhar's reputation as a go-to director for big nationalistic films.


3. The Lead Actor (Ranveer Singh)



Ranveer Singh is the face of the film and took the biggest gamble.


His Cut: Reports say he was paid an upfront fee of ₹30 to ₹50 crore.


The Bonus: Because the film's done so well, he's likely got a profit-sharing deal. Once everything's settled, he could end up taking home a total of ₹80 to ₹100 crore—the biggest payday of his career so far.


4. The Supporting Cast


The other big names were paid fixed salaries. They don't usually get a slice of the profits, but their fees reflect how big they are:


R. Madhavan: Earned around ₹9 crore for his role as the intelligence chief.


Sanjay Dutt: Took home between ₹3 and ₹8 crore for his intense performance.


Akshaye Khanna: Despite being one of the most talked-about actors in the film, he reportedly accepted a modest ₹2.5 to ₹3 crore—though his market value has now shot up.


Arjun Rampal & Sara Arjun: Both were paid roughly ₹1 crore each.

White House fires National Security Agency chief
