British Influencer Faces Deportation After Pornography Raid

Bali, Indonesia — British adult-content creator Tia Billinger, better known by her stage name Bonnie Blue, has been detained in Bali following a police raid on a rented studio and a van linked to a stunt branded the “BangBus”.

Indonesian authorities say the filming may have breached strict anti‑pornography and immigration laws, which carry penalties of up to 15 years in prison.

The Raid

Police raided a studio in Bali where a group of foreigners were allegedly filming sexually explicit material. Cameras and equipment were seized, and a blue van labelled “BangBus” was identified as part of the stunt. The incident coincided with Schoolies week, an annual celebration for Australian school leavers.

Around 18 foreigners were questioned, including several Australians. Most were later released.

Who is Bonnie Blue?

Bonnie Blue rose to prominence on platforms such as OnlyFans and Fansly, often courting controversy with headline‑grabbing stunts. She has previously claimed attempts at extreme sexual challenges and staged publicity events that drew widespread media attention.

Legal Context

Indonesia enforces some of the world’s strictest anti‑pornography laws. Officials noted that if prosecutors pursued the most serious charges, the maximum sentence could reach 15 years. However, whether such charges will be filed remains uncertain.

Latest Outcome

Reports indicate Billinger has been fined for permit and traffic violations, and will be deported. She is expected to be blacklisted from returning to Bali for several years. Authorities continue to investigate possible breaches of immigration and morality laws.

Why It Matters

The case highlights Indonesia’s conservative stance on pornography, the risks of filming adult content on tourist visas, and the global attention drawn by a high‑profile influencer with a history of provocative stunts.
