CM Nitish resigns, swearing in at Gandhi Maidan on 20th; PM Modi will also participate


 In the results of Bihar Assembly elections, NDA has got a bumper majority. Along with this, efforts to form a new government in the state have also intensified. The new government will be formed by NDA on November 20.

Many ministers including the Chief Minister will take oath at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Current CM Nitish Kumar has resigned from his post. However, the Governor has requested to remain the acting Chief Minister.

The formation of the new of Bihar is fixed on 20th November. The country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in this program. Along with this, Chief Ministers and Ministers of many states will also participate. In this regard, preparations have been intensified at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.


At present, BJP General Secretary and Bihar in-charge Vinod Tawde will go to Patna today. After reaching here, they will discuss further regarding the division of the cabinet and the formation of the government. Along with this, preparations for the swearing-in ceremony and the meeting of the BJP Legislature Party will also be seen.


Nitish Kumar submitted resignation to the Governor


Nitish Kumar has submitted his resignation to Governor Arif Mohammad Khan on Monday. The last cabinet meeting was held before submitting the resignation, in which the proposal to dissolve the current assembly was passed. The current assembly will be dissolved on November 19.


JDU and BJP legislature party meeting will be held tomorrow


After the spectacular victory in the elections, now a meeting of JDU Legislature Party has also been called tomorrow i.e. on Tuesday. Along with this, a meeting of BJP legislature party has been called on 19th November. First all the parties will hold their separate meetings. After this there will be a joint meeting of NDA. In this, the leader of the legislative party will be elected, after which the claim to form a new government will be presented.


Nitish Kumar will remain in office till November 19


With the information given to the Governor, it has become clear that Nitish Kumar will remain on the post of Chief Minister till November 19. During this period, he will continue to conduct the regular administrative work of the state. As soon as the Assembly is dissolved, the process of formation of a new government will begin, in which the party or alliance with the majority will get the opportunity to form the government.


Nitish Kumar will take oath as CM for the 10th time!


The tenure of the current assembly of Bihar is ending on 22 November. Before that, formation of a new government will be necessary in any case. This is the reason why before that a new government is going to be formed on 20th November. If Nitish Kumar takes oath as CM this time too, he will become the Chief Minister of Bihar for the 10th time.


There will be 36 ministers in the new cabinet. At present the formula for making ministers is being discussed. It has not been decided yet how the ministerial quota will be distributed. However, it is being said that one minister will be made for every 6 MLAs.
