Gonzalez takes Man City's spend to £180m

Manchester City completed their January transfer window spending by signing Nico Gonzalez from Porto for £50 million, bringing their total winter transfer expenditure to around £180 million. This massive spending spree makes City the biggest spenders in the Premier League, accounting for nearly two-thirds of all league transfer spending this window.

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Watch more The White House has fired General Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations.
