Emma Watson Makes Rare Public Appearance at NBA All-Star Celebrity Game

Emma Watson, known for her role in the Harry Potter series, made a public appearance at the 2025 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game in Oakland, California on February 14. 

Watson is currently pursuing a master's degree in literature at Oxford University in England.

During the event, she was seen in a black T-shirt and pants, smiling, waving, and blowing kisses to fans2. She also had a brief conversation with musician Tucker Halpern2.

The NBA All-Star Celebrity Game took place at Oakland Arena and featured musicians, actors, and athletes1. Barry Bonds and Jerry Rice coached the teams1. Celebrities, including Emma Watson, were present throughout the night1. Actor Rome Flynn was named the game’s MVP15.

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Watch more The White House has fired General Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations. The reasons for their dismissal are unclear, but it follows a series of high-profile firings by the Trump administration,  including National Security Council staff members. Lt. Gen. William Hartman will serve as the acting NSA director, while Sheila Thomas becomes the acting deputy director .   Top Democrats have criticized the move, citing concerns about national security and the lack of explanation .
