UK weather yellow warning for fog issued by Met Office

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for fog across large parts of England and Wales, effective until 11am on Thursday. The warning covers a significant area from Exeter and Cardiff up to Hull, including cities like Oxford, Birmingham, and Lincoln.

The warning comes after a recent cold snap that saw the UK's coldest January night in 15 years, with temperatures dropping to -18.7°C in Altnaharra, Scotland.

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations.
