Selena Gomez faced significant backlash from Donald Trump supporters after posting an emotional video expressing her sorrow over the deportation of undocumented immigrants. 

In the now-deleted clip, she tearfully stated, "All my people are getting attacked, the children," which drew criticism from conservative commentators like Tomi Lahren and Megan Kelly, who accused her of being out of touch and called her a "certified moron" for her empathy towards immigrants. 

Following the backlash, Gomez deleted the video and remarked that showing empathy seemed unacceptable to some.

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Watch more The White House has fired General Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations. The reasons for their dismissal are unclear, but it follows a series of high-profile firings by the Trump administration,  including National Security Council staff members. Lt. Gen.
