Barcelona delivered an emphatic 7-1 victory over Valencia at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, marking their first La Liga win of 2025. The Catalans dominated from the start, scoring five goals in the first half, including two from Fermín López and others from Frenkie de Jong, Ferran Torres, and Raphinha.

Valencia managed a consolation goal through Hugo Duro in the second half, but Barcelona responded with Robert Lewandowski's strike and an own goal by César Tárrega.
This win revitalizes Barcelona's title hopes, placing them third in the league, seven points behind leaders Real Madrid.
