A man arrested in Brighton on suspicion of a child sex offence

Sussex Police arrested a 66-year-old local man in Brighton on Saturday on suspicion of a child sex offense

The police are aware of videos circulating on social media depicting the arrest and have confirmed that the investigation is currently active and ongoing


The man remains in custody as the investigation continues

A police spokesperson stated, "We are aware of videos circulating on social media depicting a man in Brighton being arrested for allegedly participating in online sexual interactions with a minor".

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Watch more The White House has fired General Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations. The reasons for their dismissal are unclear, but it follows a series of high-profile firings by the Trump administration,  including National Security Council staff members. Lt. Gen.
