Andrew Ridgeley
 (born January 26, 1963) is an English musician best known as one half of the pop duo Wham!, alongside George Michael.

 They achieved immense success in the 1980s, selling over 30 million records worldwide, with hits like "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" and "Careless Whisper" topping charts in both the UK and the US


After Wham! disbanded in 1986, Ridgeley pursued a career in Formula Three racing and attempted acting but found limited success. He released a solo album, Son of Albert, in 1990.

Ridgeley has since focused on environmental activism and has been involved with charities like Surfers Against Sewage.
