The Miami Heat defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 134-93 on December 4, 2024. 

This victory improved the Heat's record to 10-10 for the season. Tyler Herro was the standout performer, scoring 31 points and making 9 three-pointers, while Jimmy Butler contributed 17 points and 9 rebounds. 

The Lakers, now at 12-10, have struggled recently, losing 6 of their last 8 games, with LeBron James leading their scoring with 29 points

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Watch more The White House has fired General Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations. The reasons for their dismissal are unclear, but it follows a series of high-profile firings by the Trump administration,  including National Security Council staff members. Lt. Gen.
