Rohan Dannis pleaded guilty

Rohan Dennis, the former world champion cyclist, has pleaded guilty to a charge related to the death of his wife, Olympian Melissa Hoskins, who was killed in a car incident outside their Adelaide home on December 30, 2023.

Initially facing serious charges, he accepted a lesser charge of creating a likelihood of harm, which acknowledges recklessness but does not hold him responsible for her death.

Dennis will be sentenced on January 24, 2025, and faces a maximum penalty of seven years in prison. He remains on bail after the court proceedings on December 10, 2024
