New Permanent Secretary and Chief Execuyive at HM Revenue and Customs
John-Paul (JP) Marks has been appointed as the new Permanent Secretary and Chief Executive at HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), succeeding Sir Jim Harra who will retire in April 2025.
