Nani, the former Manchester United and Portugal winger, has announced his retirement from professional football at the age of 38. 

He made the announcement on December 8, 2024, reflecting on a career that spanned over 20 years and included significant achievements such as winning four Premier League titles and the UEFA Champions League with United. Nani also played a key role in Portugal's Euro 2016 victory. 


His final match was with Estrela Amadora against Sporting CP, the club where he began his career. Nani expressed gratitude for his journey and is now looking forward to new goals and dreams.
