Nancy Pelosi admitted to hospital


Former U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been hospitalized in Luxembourg after sustaining an injury during an official trip.

 While traveling with a bipartisan Congressional delegation to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, she was admitted for evaluation following the incident.


Pelosi's spokesperson reported that she is receiving "excellent care" and remains engaged in her work despite being unable to participate in further events. The specific details regarding the nature of her injury have not been disclosed, but she is expected to return to the United States soon.

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Watch more The White House has fired General Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations.
