Michael Vick has been hired as the new head football coach at Norfolk State University, returning to his home state of Virginia. The 44-year-old former NFL quarterback, who has no formal coaching experience, will replace Dawson Odums, who was dismissed after a 15-31 record over four seasons.

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations.
