Michael Conforto has signed a one-year, $17 million contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers.


Michael Conforto has signed a one-year, $17 million contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers. 

This agreement was reported on December 8, 2024, and marks Conforto's transition from the San Francisco Giants, where he played the previous two seasons. In 2024, he had a productive season, hitting .237 with 20 home runs and 66 RBIs in 130 games. 

The Dodgers are bolstering their roster after winning the World Series, aiming to enhance their lineup further this offseason

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Watch more The White House has fired General Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations. The reasons for their dismissal are unclear, but it follows a series of high-profile firings by the Trump administration,  including National Security Council staff members. Lt. Gen.
