Fearne Cotton announces split from husband


Fearne Cotton has announced her separation from husband Jesse Wood after ten years of marriage. 

The television presenter shared the news via Instagram, stating, "It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage." 

She emphasized that their priority remains their two children, Rex and Honey, and requested privacy for their family during this time. The couple, who married in 2014, have faced challenges in recent years, including Cotton's recent health issues related to benign tumors. Wood has not publicly commented on the separation yet.

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Watch more The White House has fired General Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations. The reasons for their dismissal are unclear, but it follows a series of high-profile firings by the Trump administration,  including National Security Council staff members. Lt. Gen. William Hartman will serve as the acting NSA director, while Sheila Thomas becomes the acting deputy director .   Top Democrats have criticized the move, citing concerns about national security and the lack of explanation .
