AC Milan overcome a dogged Red Star Belgrade at San Siro


AC Milan secured a 2-1 victory over Crvena Zvezda in the UEFA Champions League match on December 11, 2024. Rafael Leão opened the scoring in the 42nd minute, followed by Nemanja Radonjic equalizing for Crvena Zvezda in the 67th minute. 

Tammy Abraham clinched the win for Milan with a late goal in the 87th minute. 

Despite Milan's injuries and a challenging match, they achieved their fourth consecutive Champions League win. The game featured intense moments, including a near miss from Crvena Zvezda hitting the crossbar earlier in the match

White House fires National Security Agency chief

Watch more The White House has fired General Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Haugh also led U.S. Cyber Command, overseeing both offensive and defensive cyber operations. The reasons for their dismissal are unclear, but it follows a series of high-profile firings by the Trump administration,  including National Security Council staff members. Lt. Gen. William Hartman will serve as the acting NSA director, while Sheila Thomas becomes the acting deputy director .   Top Democrats have criticized the move, citing concerns about national security and the lack of explanation .
